I grew up in a family where food was plentiful, the focal point of any gathering or celebration and knowing you would never leave hungry. My passion for food and the culture behind it began when I was 6, working in my family’s deli, and that’s when I learned why food was a necessity to a gathering, celebration or corporate event (no matter the guest count). Customers faces gleamed when they knew eggplant parm was a special, or could walk in and smell a fresh pot of sauce was being made. And from then on, my passion grew for wanting to curate dishes, meals, catering orders and so much more, for my own clientele. For me, as The Crafted Cook, the taste is in the details. And whether it’s Charcuterie or Catering, your face will be gleaming too!
