Customers should place their order as soon as they are interested; as we have limited weekday availability and also a small staff. Weekend orders are available as well and should be inquired through our email or an order form. Therefore, to secure your date, please reach out to us as soon as possible to inquire about our availability. Last minute orders may be accepted, but note that product availability or menu options may be limited with last minute ordering. In order to secure your order will be fulfilled, as long as we are available, we require 7 days notice for Charcuterie. While we are on social media platforms, email communication is regularly checked and will always receive a response; no guarantees are made for orders/inquiries places via Instagram/Facebook/Zola.

The delivery fee is $1.00/mile to the address provided from New Haven, CT. Any address of 30+ miles will be assessed by a flat fee rate.

An invoice will be sent to the customer from The Crafted Cook within a week of receiving the order. Payment will be required when invoice is received by the customer within 24 - 48 hours or otherwise stated. After we receive your payment, your order will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. Venmo, Debit or Credit Cards accepted.

Whether Charcuterie, Catering or anything in between, if you cancel your order 7 days prior to your delivery date, a full refund will be provided. If you cancel your order 4 - 6 days prior, 50% of your total amount will be refunded. 0 - 3 day cancellations are ineligible for a refund. Cancellations must be emailed to thecraftedcook@gmail.com.
